Description
Fanart for Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler), of Undertaker and Grell Sutcliff from the hilarious Kuroshitsuji anime special, “His Butler, Performer.” In it, the cast performs/parodies William Shakespeare’s Hamlet—Undertaker is Gertrude, Queen of Denmark, and Grell as Ophelia.
Naturally with Kuroshitsuji’s kooky comedy, none of the play’s female characters were performed by actual women.
Art-wise, this piece was mostly done in Photoshop via pencil outlines, airbrushes, layer effects, and special effect brushes. The color blending was done in Corel Painter. I used the same transparency/frame-bordering used in my other Ophelia fanart for uniformity's sake.
